How expensive are your tastes? the bones of a house are the least expensive part.. it is the finishing touches that get expensive.. appliances and fixtures as well as tile and granite can get pricey.. so lets sit down and see what works in your budget.
Our fee is simple.. 15% over costs of the construction. We don’t mark up the costs of the materials. You will get to enjoy our discounted price which is usually 15% to 20% off retail pricing. you can even put them on your credit card for the miles.
Absolutely NOT. We spent years finding the best subs that are licensed bonded and insured to make sure your home is perfect.
Of course you can make changes.. nothing on paper is ever how you picture it in when it is built. Anything can be changed… but it may cost you a little bit to do it.
